Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing services from Elevate My Track, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Services Provided
Elevate My Track provides professional audio mixing and mastering services for music production. All services are performed remotely and delivered digitally.
Order Process
Purchase: When you purchase a service, you agree to provide accurate contact information and payment details.
File Submission: After purchase, you must upload your audio files through our designated upload page. Files should be provided as multi-track stems, dry (without reverb or effects) unless specific effects are integral to your sound.
Mix Notes: Provide detailed mixing instructions, reference tracks, and any specific requests to help us achieve your desired sound.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is 1-7 days depending on the package purchased. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee. Turnaround time begins once we receive your complete files and mixing instructions.
Revisions
Each service includes one free revision within 48 hours of receiving your mix. Revisions include minor adjustments to balance, EQ, effects, and overall mix elements. After 48 hours, additional revisions will incur extra charges.
Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is required in full before work begins.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your original compositions and recordings. Elevate My Track retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you explicitly request confidentiality.
Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed information about refunds and cancellations.
Limitation of Liability
Elevate My Track is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
File Storage
We retain project files for 30 days after delivery. After this period, files may be deleted. We recommend downloading and backing up all delivered files immediately.
Communication
All service-related communication should be directed to info@elevatemytrack.com. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Polish jurisdiction.
