At Elevate My Track, we’re committed to delivering professional mixing and mastering services that meet your expectations. Due to the custom nature of our work, we have specific policies regarding refunds and revisions.
Services Policy
All mixing and mastering services are custom work performed specifically for your project. Once work has begun, the service cannot be returned or refunded in the traditional sense, as time and expertise have already been invested.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer one free revision included with every service to ensure you’re happy with the final result. Additional revisions may be purchased separately.
If you’re unsatisfied with the final deliverable after revisions, please contact us at info@elevatemytrack.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve any issues.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
Technical issues: Full refund if we’re unable to deliver files due to technical problems on our end
Undelivered service: Full refund if we fail to deliver your completed project within the agreed timeframe
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Completed work that meets the specifications discussed before starting
Change of mind after delivery
Projects where revision requests were not communicated during the revision period
Subjective preferences about creative decisions after approval
Rush Delivery & Add-Ons
Rush delivery fees and add-on services are non-refundable once work has been prioritized or completed.
